Andrew “Drew” Myers is an associate with Nicholas & Butler, LLP. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in May of 2011. Prior to being admitted to the bar, Drew’s legal training included an internship with the US House of Representatives, Committee on the Judiciary as well as judicial internships for both the US District Court and the San Diego Superior Court. Mr. Myers’ practice areas include complex civil litigation such as consumer class actions, employment class actions, business litigation, and ERISA. Mr. Myers is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, and is admitted to practice before all California Courts and the United States District Court for the Southern District.

Drew received his bachelors degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 2005 and obtained his Juris Doctor in December of 2010 from the University of San Diego School of Law. Drew graduated in the top 25% of his law school class and was awarded membership to the national honors legal fraternity of Phi Delta Phi. While in law school, Drew served as a paid research assistant to Orly Lobel, Professor of Employment Law, and earned a Pro Bono Recognition Certificate for unpaid legal service to the community.

A native San Diegan, Drew lives in North County with his wife and two children. When not practicing law, he enjoys the outdoors with the family, surfing, and rock climbing.
